You have to see to believe these amazing grills, and to help showcase it we will be holding several cooking demonstrations.

This year, for the first time, we will be selling a line of grills.  The Holland Grill is not an ordinary grill and that is what intrigued us.  This grill is guarenteed not to flare up, making it almost impossible to ruin your food.  Also, not only does it grill, but it can also steam, smoke and even bake food! 

How does it work?  Well as you can see from the diagram, the drip pan is between the flame and the food so your food can't catch on fire.  Also, drippings from the food go right into the drip pan and then sizzle and smoke which adds flavor and juiciness to the food.  This grill makes the most tender, juicy food you'll ever taste.  But you don't have to take our word for it, we will be having regular cooking demonstrations to show the versitility and effectiveness of the grill and let you taste what's cooked.  We just had our first cooking demonstration on March 27th, and while we were a little skeptical of the claims of this grill, we were not disappointed.  First we cooked a whole pound of bacon right on the grill.  No flare-ups, no shrinking, the bacon came out perfectly and by the speed at which it was eaten, it must have tasted delicious as well.  Then chicken legs were put on the grill, turned once and were done perfectly.  The meat fell off the bone and everyone was amazed by the flavor. 

Come see this grill in action for yourself!  Our next scheduled demonstration is Saturday October 9th, but don't be surprised if we fire up the grill on a nice weekend this summer.
