"We live in the Boston area and were bringing summer things to the Pantry in Harwich. My wife wanted to go to Crocker Nurseries, although exhausted from the trip (she is handicapped).  We went to Crockers and my wife was not able to leave the car.  I walked in and said we wanted to purchase certain plants but had a problem of mobility.  The response was immediate and unforced; a young lady brought samples to the car, not once, but three times   always with a smile.  Certain plants were chosen, and then followed offers of wrapping them and putting plastic bags in the trunk for the ride home--I repeat  "all of this with a smile" to what was obviously not a repeat type customer   SO THERE IS GOOD NEWS OUT THERE.
