Directions

From Route 6 (Mid Cape Highway) in Harwich 

• Take Exit 11 from Route 6 (Long Pond Road - Route 137 Exit)
• Go North for 1.8 Miles.
• Crocker Nurseries is 1.8 miles on the left side of Route 137,
• We are located just after Millstone Road (on right) and before Hayes Lane (on left).
• Watch for our sign and waterfall at our entrance.  

From Route 6A (Cranberry Highway) in Brewster

• Take Route 137 from Route 6A.
• Proceed South on Route 137 for 2.8 miles.
• Crocker Nurseries is located on the right .
• Look for our sign and waterfall after you pass Sheep Pond Road.
• We are just after Hayes Road on the same side of the street.

From Route 28 in South Chatham

• Take Route 137 (Meetinghouse Road) from Route 28 (Main Street) in South Chatham.
• Go North following Route 137 (Meetinhouse Road changes into Long Pond Road) - Crocker Nurseries is 5.0 miles ahead.
• You will cross Route 39 Intersection and go by the Route 6 Exit on your way.
• 2.1 miles after the Mid Cape Highway find the Crocker Nurseries sign and waterfall on left.
